Leading from the business side the design, development and implementation of the Health Products Management Tool, an online budgeting tool for the next Global Fund cycle (GC8).

At The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB and Malaria, I have succeeded in transforming and optimizing supply chains, improving operational efficiency, and managing substantial health product budgets across multiple countries.

Managing Ethiopia and Tanzania portfolio of health products for HIV, Malaria and TB, Covid-19 health products (approximately 400 million USD per year) including laboratory products. The budget also includes health systems strengthening components to ensure an agile and resilient system. Overseeing end-to end procurement and supply chain activities.

In Nigeria, I led a US $40 million transformational multi-stakeholder public-private partnership project to integrate procurement and supply chain management. This resulted in improved policy direction, human resource capacity building, warehousing, distribution, and logistics management, significantly increasing efficiency and effectiveness

In Tanzania, I co-led an organizational redesign project for the Medical Supply Division, which boosted operational efficiency, established a high-performance culture, enhanced financial stewardship, and improved information system reliability, achieving over 90% on-shelf availability of health products

In Ethiopia, working with the Pharmaceuticals Pharmaceutical Supply Service (EPSA) in a transformation project/ Business Process Re-engineering and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for efficiency and effectiveness. On Shelf Availability of key health products is greater than 90% on average.

In Sudan, I managed a health system strengthening grant worth approximately US $4 million to unify multiple supply chains in. This initiative led to cost savings and enhanced structures and functions for procuring and supplying health products
